The service
Easy (the "app") is provided by Train Happy. It gives you a conversational view of the health and workout data you choose to share from Apple Health. By using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Not medical advice
Easy is an informational tool for athletes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Responses are generated by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for health decisions, especially if you have a medical condition or notice unusual symptoms.
Your account and data
You must be at least 16 to use Easy. You are responsible for the Apple ID you sign in with. You keep ownership of your data; you grant Train Happy the limited right to store and process it solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can stop at any time by revoking Health access, signing out, or asking us to delete your account.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other people's data, reverse engineer the service, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Availability and changes
Easy is early software and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Train Happy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on information from the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
